Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and online properties operated by RN Labs (“RN Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through those properties (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

RN Labs provides advisory and implementation services related to AI-enabled workflows for real estate organizations. Descriptions of services on the Site are summary in nature and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed under a separate written agreement.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults acting on behalf of themselves or a business. By using the Site, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You will not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt service.
• You will not use the Site to transmit malware, harvest data without rights, or engage in activities that violate applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Scheduling & third-party tools

Scheduling links (for example, Calendly or similar) may direct you to third-party platforms. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. RN Labs is not responsible for third-party services you choose to use.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents—such as text, graphics, logos, and layout—are owned by RN Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for limited rights to view and use the Site as intended, no rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RN LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RN LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Any performance metrics, case examples, or illustrative outcomes referenced on the Site are for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of future results.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RN LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF RN LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RN LABS’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO RN LABS FOR SERVICES DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID RN LABS FOR SERVICES.

8. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RN Labs from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

9. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that courts located in Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to applicable federal law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. The “Last updated” date above will change when revisions are material. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
